- This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements and inspection methods of ultrasonic phased array probes. This standard is applicable to the type inspection and factory inspection of ultrasonic phased array probes with a center frequency of 0.5 MHz to 15 MHz and an array element number of 4 to 256. This standard can also be used as the acceptance basis for user orders.
