- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of AC spindle drive units for CNC machine tools. This standard is applicable to various AC spindle drive units and various frequency conversion speed regulating devices for closed-loop control of AC spindle motors used in various CNC machine tools. AC spindle drive units for other purposes can also be implemented by reference.
