Scope: IEC326-6 is the IEC standard for multilayer printed boards. The following documents are part of this standard and are consistent with GB/T16261-1996 "General Specification for Printed Boards". These documents are supplementary information necessary for the evaluation of printed boards according to the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) electronic component quality evaluation system. Scope and purpose This standard is a sectional specification (SS) for multilayer printed boards ready to mount components, regardless of their method of manufacture. This specification specifies the performance and test methods evaluated by the capability approval test and quality consistency inspection (batch by batch inspection and periodic inspection).
