Scope
This part of GB/T 3403 specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of powdered urea-formaldehyde and urea/melamine-formaldehyde molding compounds (UF- and UF/MF-PMCs). This section applies to powdered urea-formaldehyde and urea/melamine-formaldehyde molding compounds. For the naming comparison of UF and UF/MF-PMCs in international standards and national standards, see Appendix A.
