Scope: This specification stipulates the water source selection principles, recycled water quality indicators, system composition, sewage recycling treatment processes and facilities, detection and control of regeneration treatment facilities, laboratory analysis, auxiliary facilities, and safety facilities for petrochemical wastewater recycling projects. This specification is applicable to the design of wastewater recycling projects for new construction, expansion or reconstruction of petrochemical enterprises and enterprises that use coal as raw material to produce fuels and chemical products.
