Scope: This procedure is applicable to newly built, expanded and renovated human water projects where the raw water quality is slightly polluted and certain organic and toxic substance content indicators and sensory indicators such as color, odor and taste still fail to meet the current national standard "Drinking for Living" after routine treatment. When complying with the Water Sanitation Standard GB 5749 or specific requirements, granular activated carbon adsorption pool water treatment design is adopted.
