These rules stipulate the energy efficiency labeling and measurement requirements, measurement and testing procedures, measurement and testing methods, measurement and testing results evaluation criteria and test reports for household electric washing machines (hereinafter referred to as "washing machines"). This rule applies to washing machines with a rated washing capacity greater than 1.0 kg and less than or equal to 13 kg, excluding single-tub washing machines without dehydration function. This rule applies to the measurement supervision and inspection of energy efficiency labels of washing machines. Commissioned inspections can be carried out with reference to these rules. Units that produce and sell washing machines may also refer to these rules for testing. The washing machines to be tested should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection, or products imported and sold by the seller.
