Scope

This rule stipulates the energy efficiency label measurement of general-purpose LCD TVs and plasma TVs (hereinafter referred to as "flat-panel TVs") that operate normally under grid voltage, including LCD or plasma TV display equipment whose main function is television and does not have a tuner. requirements, metrological testing procedures, metrological testing methods, metrological testing results evaluation criteria and testing reports, etc. This rule applies to the measurement supervision and inspection of energy efficiency labeling of flat-panel TVs. Commissioned inspections can be carried out with reference to these rules. Units that produce and sell flat-panel TV products may also refer to these rules for testing. The flat-panel TVs to be tested should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection, or products imported and sold by the seller.
