This standard specifies the harvesting and quality requirements, grading, pre-cooling, storage, packaging, transportation and sales of fresh bayberry (Myrica rubra Sieb. & Zucc.) low-temperature logis ics technologies. This standard is applicable to the low-temperature logis ics of bayberry varieties such as Dongkui and Water chestnut varieties. Other varieties can be implemented with reference to this standard.
