Scope

This standard specifies the definition and measurement methods of the main electrical performance indicators of color TV transmitters (hereinafter referred to as transmitters). In this standard, the part of "Special Measurement of Image and Sound Combined TV Transmitter" is being formulated and will be supplemented in the future. This standard is applicable to TV transmitters defined in Article 2.1 and working in accordance with GB3174-82 "Color TV Broadcasting".
