Scope
This standard specifies the model, type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of fruit and vegetable vacuum precoolers. This standard applies to vacuum pre-cooling equipment (hereinafter referred to as "products") for post-harvest "cooling" of fresh agricultural products (hereinafter referred to as fresh agricultural products) such as fruits, vegetables, edible fungi and flowers.
