This standard defines requirements for what a technical condition analysis of housing must at least include, so that the buyer and seller have a decis on-making basis in connection with the sale of housing. It also includes requirements for what must be examined in common parts where there are several housing units. Normative appendix A to the standard includes a self-declaration form for use by the owner. Normative appendix B contains a lis of relevant documentation that is submitted by the owner as an attachment to the self-declaration form. As part of the standard's requirements, three appendices have been drawn up which state specifically what must be examined for technical condition, electrical and fire-technical conditions, and how the degree of condition must be assessed and indicated at building component level, see normative appendices C, D and E. Appendix F is informative and contains an example of a report from a condition analysis
