This document sets out the minimum requirements for what a technical condition analysis of housing must contain as a basis for sales. Common parts are mentioned separately where applicable. As part of this document's requirements, there are three appendices that state specifically what must be examined in terms of technical condition, including electrical and fire-technical conditions, and how the degree of condition must be assessed and indicated at building component level, see normative appendices A, B and C. Appendix D is informative and contains an example of a report from a condition analysis
