This part of SN/T 2910 specifies the electron spin resonance spectroscopy method to determine whether cellulose- and bone-containing foods have been irradiated. This section is applicable to the identification of whether bone-containing foods such as bone-containing pork, chicken, hairtail fish, scallops and other cellulose-containing foods such as dried pistachios, dried longans, dried peppers, and strawberries have been irradiated.
