- This standard specifies the classification, basic performance requirements, test methods and identification of solid particle chemical protective clothing. This standard applies to the protective clothing required for skin protection of workers who have chemical pollution from particulate matter in the workplace. This standard does not include the technical requirements for supporting respiratory protective equipment, protective gloves, protective shoes and other personal protective equipment.
