- This standard specifies the classification, grading and labeling of chemical protective clothing, and establishes the basic technical requirements and test methods for chemical protective clothing. This standard applies to chemical protective clothing required by practitioners at the job site and in emergency rescue work. This standard does not apply to chemical protective clothing used in fire-fighting and other occasions.
