This standard applies to fresh blue mussels (Mytilus edulis Linne), thick-shelled mussels (Mytilus coruscus Gould), heavy mussels (Mytilus grayanus Dunker), emerald mussels (Perna viridis Linne), etc., which have been cleaned, Lightly dried cooked mussels made by steaming, meat removal (rinsing), drying and other processes.
