Scope

This standard specifies the hygienic indicators and inspection methods of dried aquatic products of animal origin, as well as hygienic requirements for food additives, production and processing, packaging, labeling, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to dry products made from fresh and frozen animal aquatic products with or without supplementary materials.
