Scope

This part of SN/T 3250 stipulates the sampling, inspection, determination of inspection results and post-inspection disposal of imported and exported paper handkerchiefs, paper towels and other household paper products. This section is applicable to the inspection of imported and exported paper handkerchiefs, paper facial tissues, paper napkins, wet wipes, sanitary wipes and other household paper products. This section does not apply to the inspection of kitchen wipes.
