Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and usage information for continuous vacuum sugar boiling machines (hereinafter referred to as products). This standard applies to continuous vacuum sugar boiling machines used in candy production, and also applies to continuous vacuum film sugar boiling machines.
