This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and usage information of printing and roll-cut biscuit forming machines (hereinafter referred to as biscuit machines). This standard is applicable to stamping and roll-cut biscuit forming machines that process tough biscuits and have a die length less than or equal to 560mm.
