Scope

This standard specifies the parameters that the 2048kbit/s digital trunk interface should meet when a digital switch enters the communication network, as well as the transmission characteristic indicators that the digital trunk interface in a switch should achieve, and the corresponding test methods. This standard applies to various A-law PCM digital switches.
