Scope: This standard specifies the method for measuring the uniformity of water volume distribution in the field and the calculation method for the coefficient of water volume distribution uniformity of central pivot type and translational sprinkler irrigation machines equipped with rotating or non-rotating sprinklers. This standard is applicable to the central pivot type and translational sprinkler irrigation machines that continuously spray at a height of more than 1.5 m from the ground and produce overlapping water volume distribution. This standard does not apply to center pivot irrigation machines equipped with corner arms.
