- Scope
- This standard specifies the method for measuring the uniformity of water volume distribution in the field and the calculation method for the uniformity coefficient of water volume distribution of central pivot (circular) and translation sprinkler irrigation machines equipped with rotating or non-rotating sprinklers. This standard is applicable to central axis type and translational sprinkler irrigation machines with continuous sprinkling of irrigation devices and overlapping water distribution. This standard does not apply to center pivot irrigation machines equipped with corner wall arms.
