GB/T 28808-2012 Railway applications.Communication, signaling and processing systems.Software for railway control and protection systems (English Version)
1.1 This standard specifies the procedures and technical requirements required for the development of programmable electronic systems in the application of rail transit control and protection equipment, and is applicable to any field with implicit safety. These application systems range from safety-critical systems (such as safety signaling systems) to non-safety-critical systems (such as management information systems). These systems may be implemented using dedicated microprocessors, programmable logic controllers, distributed multiprocessor systems, large-scale centralized processing systems, or other architectures. 1.2 This standard applies only to software and to the interaction between software and systems. 1.3 The software safety integrity level above level 0 is used for systems whose failure can lead to the consequences of death of personnel. However, a high level of safety integrity level can also be used due to economic or environmental considerations. 1.4 This standard applies to all software in the development and implementation of rail traffic control and protection systems, including: - application program design; - operating system; - supporting tools; - firmware. Application programming includes high-level programming, low-level programming, and special-purpose programming (such as programmable logic controller ladder logic). 1.5 This standard also addresses the use of standards, commercially available software and tools. 1.6 This standard also specifies requirements for systems configured by application data. 1.7 This standard does not involve commercial issues and should be proposed as an essential part of the contract. However, all terms in this standard need to be carefully considered in any business activity. 1.8 This standard is not retroactive and is mainly used for new developments. For existing systems, it is fully applied only when major modifications are made. For minor modifications, only Chapter 16 applies.
