Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, design, material and structure requirements, tests, determination of displacement, calculation of rated displacement, determination of flow channel area, marking and lead seal, etc. of pilot-operated safety valves. This standard applies to pilot-operated safety valves with a set pressure not less than 0.1MPa and a flow path diameter not less than 6mm. This standard does not limit the applicable temperature of pilot-operated safety valves.
