- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test items, test methods, service life, packaging and storage conditions of non-traditional instrument transformers. This standard applies to non-traditional transformers used in power systems that are composed of one or a combination of resistive elements, capacitive elements, electromagnetic elements, and convert primary circuit current or voltage into secondary current or voltage signals in accordance with the transmission ratio.
