- Scope
- This standard specifies the requirements for materials, processing, inspection, packaging, marking, storage and transportation during the manufacturing process of power transmission and transformation steel pipe poles, steel pipe towers and steel pipe structural supports. This standard is applicable to power transmission and transformation steel pipe structures whose components mainly use polygonal steel pipes and circular steel pipes, and are treated with hot-dip galvanizing or hot-sprayed zinc (and zinc alloy) coatings for anti-corrosion treatment. Other similar steel pipe structures can be implemented as a reference.
