Scope

This part of GB/T 28712 specifies basic parameters such as the type, nominal pressure, nominal diameter, and calculated heat transfer area of non-detachable and detachable spiral plate heat exchangers. This part applies to non-detachable spiral plate heat exchangers with nominal pressure not greater than 2.5 MPa, nominal diameter not greater than 2 000 mm, and nominal heat transfer area not greater than 200 m². This part applies to detachable spiral plate heat exchangers with nominal pressure not greater than 1.0 MPa, nominal diameter not greater than 1200 mm, and nominal heat exchange area not greater than 90 m².
