Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for the management of business premises, business facilities and equipment, and business activities of second-hand goods (second-hand goods) operating enterprises. This standard applies to all types of second-hand goods (second-hand goods) operating enterprises established in the People's Republic of China, including second-hand goods (second-hand goods) operating companies and second-hand goods (second-hand goods) stores.
