Scope

This part of GB/T 28630 specifies the reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures and result judgment required for the TE staining method of fresh tissue of leukoplakia syndrome. This section is applicable to the rapid diagnosis of sick and dying prawn larvae, juveniles or adult shrimps in the field or in diagnostic laboratories, and is not applicable to the diagnosis of latent infection or non-infectious carrying samples of the virus.
