Scope: This part of GB/T 28630 specifies the reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operation steps and structure judgment required for the nested PCR detection method of the white spot syndrome pathogen. This part is applicable to the highly sensitive qualitative detection of white spot syndrome pathogenicity in various samples of prawns, various samples of environmental organisms and bait organisms, and other various non-biological samples for pathogen screening and disease diagnosed. When used alone, this section does not apply to the estimation of viral load or infectious activity and the evaluation of the degree of host infection.
