Scope
This part of GB/T 17564 is a general national standard dictionary model, which is based on the scope-associated parts of the two basic standards GB/T 17564.1 and GB/T 17645.42. The given EXPRESS schema provides a common formal model for the two standards and facilitates the coordination of the two standards. Standard GB/T 17564.2 forms the main document. GB/T 17645.42 includes the EXPRESS model of GB/T 17564.2 in informative appendix D. This standard provides formal models for data conforming to the scope given in the above-referenced standards, thereby providing means for computer-readable representation and exchange of such data. The purpose of this standard is to provide common information types for the work of IEC/TC3/SC3D and ISO/TC184/SC4, thereby providing implementations for dictionary systems that process transmitted data according to either of these two standards developed by the two committees conditions of. This part of GB/T 17564 provides two options for defining the dictionary system in realizing the above two schemes. Each of these two schemes is called a consensus classification. - ISO 13584_IEC 61360_dictionary_schema provides support for the modeling and exchange of technical data element types and associated taxonomy schemas used in data element type definitions. This constitutes the consistency classification 1 of this part of GB/T 17564. - ISO 13584_IEC 61360_language_resource_schema provides resources for character strings that allow different languages. Since it can be used in other schemas, it has been extracted from the dictionary schema. To a large extent it is based on the support_resource_schema of GB/T 16656.41: "Product Description and Support Basis", and can be seen as an extension of it. When using multilingualism without the above conditions, the use of one specific language is allowed throughout the exchange-related environment (physical documents). When used together with GB/T 16656.21, each mode defines a single exchange format. The exchange format defined by conformance classification 1 is fully compatible with GB/T 17645 series.
