- This standard specifies the naming principles, composition and preparation methods of insulator (including bushing) product models. This standard applies to the following high-voltage insulators for systems with nominal voltages higher than 1000V; ——Disk-shaped suspended porcelain or glass insulator string components; ——Rod-shaped suspended composite insulators; ——Long rod-shaped porcelain insulator string components; ——Line post insulators; ——Line pin porcelain insulators; ——Insulators for ground wires of overhead transmission lines; ——Rod post insulators; ——Hollow insulators; ——Bushings.
