- This part of SN/T 0839 specifies the general principles for sample handling and test methods for import and export industrial glycerin. This section applies to crude or refined glycerin with a glycerol mass fraction greater than 75%. Please refer to Appendix A for the test standards related to the following items involved in the test methods of this part: a) Determination of acidity or alkalinity; b) Determination of sulfated ash; c) Sampling; d) Determination of moisture; e) Determination of ash; f) 20 Determination of ℃ density (purified glycerol); g) Determination of arsenic; h) Determination of glycerol content; i) Calculation of non-glycerol organic matter.
