Scope: This standard specifies the guidelines and requirements for the implementation and management of the quality assurance program for electronic components. This standard applies to electronic components that require control of equipment, materials and processes to ensure stable quality. This standard is the basic basis for the contractor to formulate and implement the quality assurance program when conducting the certification of the electronic component production line. When applicable, this standard is the basis for the certification body to conduct the certification review of the production line. The manufacturer shall meet the requirements of the quality assurance program before appraising the electronic components according to the relevant product specifications.
