Background of standard revision

This standard replaces GB/T 19000-2008 and is equivalent to the ISO 9000:2015 international standard. The main changes include:

  • The number of quality management principles has been adjusted from eight to seven (merging "systems approach to management" into "process approach")
  • New modern management concepts such as "organizational context" and "stakeholder management"
  • The number of terms has increased from 84 to 138, forming a complete conceptual system
