Scope

This part of GB 5237 specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates and purchase orders (or contracts) for heat-insulating aluminum alloy building profiles. This part applies to strip-type heat-insulating aluminum alloy building profiles (hereinafter referred to as thread-through profiles) or cast-type heat-insulating aluminum alloy building profiles (hereinafter referred to as cast profiles). Heat-insulating aluminum alloy profiles used in other industries can refer to this part.
