GB 28395-2012
Scope
This standard specifies the safety requirements for concrete and mortar conveying, spraying and pouring machinery and the technical measures to eliminate or reduce major dangers. The content of this standard involves the major hazards, dangerous situations and events that may occur when conveying, spraying and distributing machinery are used under the working conditions designed by the manufacturer (see Chapter 4). The safety requirements of this standard apply to concrete and mortar conveyors, sprayers, distribution machines and their components. Equipment can be stationary or mobile. The machinery to which this standard applies is described in 3.3 to 3.7. This standard does not include: - equipment that moves during conveying, spraying and material distribution; - operating room for equipment to which this standard applies; - noise (has a major hazard); - vibration; - electromagnetic compatibility is not included in this standard standard provisions. Automobile chassis and power systems on equipment that are not driven by the main engine during conveying, spraying and distributing work are not included in this standard. As a special case, this standard also does not cover equipment combined with mixer trucks (see 3.3). For operations that have been specially regulated (such as explosive gas, electromagnetic compatibility, voltage, frequency and capacity different from the grid power supply of the public power supply, or due to electronic components, earthquakes, lightning, use on roads, in production, transportation, test Hazards during operation, non-radio-operated wireless remote control, compressors and pressure vessels, etc.), this standard does not make additional requirements.
