This standard specifies interlocking devices with protective devices that are not restricted by energy types (GB/T l5706.1-1995 gives the definitions of the following items: 3.23.1 "Interlocking device", 3.22.4 "Interlocking device" Guards" and 3.22.5 "Interlocks with guard locks") design and selection principles. This standard also puts forward special requirements for electrical interlocking devices (see Chapter 6). This standard applies to each component of the protective device that activates the interlock device. Note: GB/T 16855.1 involves the processing of the signal generated when the interlock device stops the machine and prevents it from moving.
