- This standard applies to internal heating and external heating electric soldering irons with a rated voltage of 220V and a rated input power of not more than 500W (hereinafter collectively referred to as electric soldering irons unless otherwise specified). This kind of electric soldering iron is suitable for general indoor or similar indoor environment, and there is no flammable, explosive, corrosive gas and conductive dust around it.
