Scope: This standard specifies the overall requirements, process design, testing and process control, auxiliary engineering, labor safety and occupational health, construction and environmental protection acceptance, operation management, pollution control and environmental management requirements for chromium residue dry detoxification treatment and disposal projects. This standard is applicable to chromium slag dry detoxification projects and serves as the technical basis for environmental impact assessment, feasibility study, design and construction, completion acceptance, environmental protection acceptance, and post-completion operation and management.
