Scope

This standard stipulates the safety requirements that must be complied with in the railway and road transportation of industrial enterprises, and specifies the requirements for the classification of railway crossings in industrial enterprises, the setting of crossings, the equipment and guarding of crossing safety facilities, crossing signals and signs, etc. This standard is applicable to the railway and road transportation in industrial enterprises, and the railway and road transportation of mines and material warehouses can also be used as a reference. It does not apply to forest farms, construction sites, and railway and road transportation under the jurisdiction of railway, transportation, and public security departments. This standard applies to standard-gauge railway crossings for industrial enterprises, but not for railway crossings in mines, forest areas, national railways, and local railways.
