- This code is applicable to the design of railways for new construction, reconstruction and expansion of industrial enterprises. Special railways for industrial enterprises that are frequently mobile during operation, semi-fixed, have special requirements in the production process, and are operated by themselves can be designed according to the professional specifications or supplementary regulations formulated by various ministries. Industrial enterprise railways, which are listed as an integral part of the national railway network planning, can be designed according to the relevant design specifications of road network railways after approval by relevant departments. If it is mainly responsible for the transportation of industrial enterprises in the near future, the track and other buildings and equipment that are easy to change should still be designed according to the relevant provisions of this code. When designing railways for industrial enterprises, it is also necessary to implement the current national regulations on sanitation, fire prevention, earthquake resistance, "three wastes" discharge and other relevant standards and regulations.
