Scope

This standard specifies the structural type, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and supply requirements of flanged iron gate valves. This standard is applicable to gray cast iron and ductile iron gate valves (hereinafter referred to as gate valves) with nominal pressure PN1～25 and nominal diameter DN50～2000.
