Scope

This standard specifies the size, shape, technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of hot-rolled strips of carbon structural and low-alloy structural steel. This standard applies to carbon structural steel and low-alloy structural hot-rolled steel strips with a thickness not greater than 12.00 mm and a width of 50 mm to 600 mm.
