- This part specifies the specifications, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product marking, packaging, transportation and storage of medium-efficiency air filters. This section applies to safety-related medium-efficiency filters installed in the air purification systems of nuclear facilities. Medium-efficiency air filters that have nothing to do with nuclear safety can be used as a reference.
