- This part specifies the reference model, interface, TC sub-layer, PMD sub-layer, cooperative signal processing and initialization requirements for the far-end self-crosstalk cancellation system of the second generation very high-speed digital subscriber line (VDSL2). This section applies to VDSL2 central office and user-end equipment of public telecommunications networks, as well as other systems with or containing VDSL2 line transceivers. Dedicated telecommunications networks can also be used for reference.
