Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules for electrolytic cell metal anode coatings, and the packaging, marking, storage and transportation of metal anodes. This standard is applicable to chlor-alkali industrial diaphragm electrolytic cells (hereinafter referred to as electrolytic cells) and sodium hypochlorite industrial diaphragm-free electrolytic cells (hereinafter referred to as sodium hypochlorite cells) with ruthenium as the main body and titanium as the matrix, and NaCl aqueous solution as the electrolyte. and metal anode coatings for diaphragmless electrolyzers in the chlorate industry.
