Scope: This standard specifies the safety requirements that should be observed in the design, manufacture, installation, use and maintenance of various industrial disc separators and tubular separators (hereinafter referred to as separators). The safety requirements and measures contained in this standard are aimed at preventing some major dangers that may arise during the design, manufacture, installation and operation of the separator, but not all dangers. This standard also stipulates the inspection and judgment methods of the safety performance of the separator.
